But if you find value in the knowledge I've picked up over the years and want to pick my brain, I'm dedicating 1x a month to talk to people about the pizza business. From things as simple as choosing the right oven to selecting the right ingredients- no question is too small or big for me. If I can't find the answer, I have a network of people who can help.
