Pollara pizzeria is THE place to go to try some amazing pizza al talgio in the Bay Area. Never tried pizza al talgio? Don't worry it's not the most popular style of pizza, YET. It is a mind F. It tricks your mind because how it looks is deceptive to how it tastes but in a good way. Its also, in my opinion, the most ideal pizza for delivery.
Jon and Kayta are the owners of Dopo in Oakland and the newly opened Pollara Pizzeria.
